CULTURAL PARK OF SILESIA

Situated just off the main roads between the two cities of Katowice and Chorzów, this park is also a fabulous leisure center with some 50 rides, four swimming pools, an open-air ethnographic park, a zoo, a planetarium, an adventure course, sports fields, bicycle paths and a lake where you can rent kayaks and boats. It's very popular with locals in summer. You can get there by taking streetcar no. 6 from Rynek.
