RYNEK

The beautiful Old Town of Pszczyna has retained its traditional medieval urban layout. In the center of the old town, its pleasant Rynek, planted with plane trees, which are welcome in summer, is surrounded by the most beautiful houses in Pszczyna, most of which date from the 18th century. It is dominated by the Evangelical Church, with its neo-baroque façade. The town hall, built in the 17th century, was remodeled in neo-Renaissance style in the 1930s. In the northwest corner of the square, the Gate of the Elected (Brama Wybrańców) leads to the castle.
