LE DAMIER
Also called the taste buds agitator, this restaurant is an institution. Le Damier is not only a restaurant with a select and warm faith, it is also a pastry shop, a chocolate shop and a catering service. The master of the premises, André Chapron, is a pastry chef by trade. His rigour in the choice of products and the attention he pays to service, are tasted and seen. Fish balls with yam couscous, grouper carpaccio with lime, chicken legs with saffron, etc. are all dishes of the day offered by the chef. The famous brunch of the Damier with its very rich salty-sweet buffet awaits you every Saturday. It is also the only place in Conakry to offer galettes of kings for Epiphany, Easter chocolates and truffles for Christmas.
