THE SMALL MUSEUM
Created in 1998 by Fifi Tamsir, daughter of Djibril Tamsir Niane, the Petit Musée traces from its furrow in the conakryka cultural landscape. 20 years of effort and obstinacy in a often difficult context to offer Guinean arts and entertainment professionals a space of expression, no matter how small. The Petit Musée is a cultural platform and, as such, offers a varied program, from dance shows, live concerts, theatre and film screenings. Renovated in 2016, the site is divided into 3 areas: a gallery where temporary exhibitions are organized, a pocket theatre that looks like a desert citadel and a restaurant where you can enjoy a sip of ginger juice or a good local dish (a good way to contribute to the life of the place, while enjoying yourself). Here, past the entrance gate, you are embarked in a very original universe, which invites you to discover more. Ready for a little cultural trip?
