This garden created in 1897 by Governor Ballay was originally a test garden, where different species of tropical plants were studied. It still has some beautiful specimens of ornamental and forest species. These few hectares of greenery, relatively preserved, are one of the last green lungs of the capital. More or less maintained, it is nevertheless a place which offers the occasion to make a small stroll in the shade of big trees. Rather rare!
