The ascent of the mountain which dominates with its 1 116 m the whole region of Kindia is done in approximately 2 hours for the good walkers. The departure is located at the crossroads Tafouri, at the entrance of the city on the left while coming from Conakry, a little before the military camp. The intermediate plateau already offers a beautiful view, if you do not feel brave enough to climb the mountain to its summit. To pave the way, ask for a guide in the hotels of Kindia or contact Mohamed Camara, from the Kindia Voyage Tourisme agency. A real plus to enjoy this excursion.
