FALL OF KONKOURE
The Konkouré waterfall is a thirty-meter-high cascade in Mamou.
The Konkoure river which flows between anarchic piles of rocks in the middle of a more or less dense vegetation according to the season, forms here a charming waterfall of about thirty meters high and about as much wide. Not very easy to observe as a whole, you have to look for the best point of view among the rocks. You can also go down to the foot of the waterfall, even if it is a bit adventurous, especially in the rainy season, because then the rocks are slippery. Nice place for a picnic.
