Mr. Koffi, manager of the inn, offers a menu that is unique in the region. Trained as a cook, he excels in the art of African cuisine. He prepares on demand all the great specialties of West Africa: Senegalese yassa, Ivorian kedjenou, rice with leaf sauce, Togolese adjenkoumé... To taste your favorite dish or to discover new flavors, the ideal is to call him the day before your arrival to place an order. He also offers an excellent grilled "bicycle" chicken and succulent beef brochettes. A must in Dalaba.
