This mountain is the highest point of the national park of the same name (about 500 m), which is an integral part of the transborder park of Niokolo Badiar. Also called "the big mountain", it is characterized by its shape of high plateau all in length whose sides are covered with vegetation until the feet of sandstone cliffs. To discover the Badiar, its fauna (still some chimpanzees, gazelles, warthogs) and its flora, along the waterways and natural beaches, you can contact Mr. Boiro, local guide in Koundara at 622 78 52 28.
