This canteen doesn't really have an address, but everyone knows it. On Gafur Gulyam Street, near the circus, look out for the long queue at lunchtime and you'll easily find it. Otherwise, just ask and they'll point you in the right direction. Here, you'll have access to truly traditional, local cuisine, including naryn, a cold dish of noodles and various meats, or hasip, a home-made mutton tripe sausage. Most of the time, these dishes are prepared in kurduk, the traditional mutton tail fat.
