A very good surprise that this restaurant, where the refined decoration, adorned with beautiful paintings by local artists in a set reminiscent of a former caravanserai, could make it a tourist address. Not at all, the four rooms from 2 to 3 tables each are frequented by the Uzbeks, and there is no menu in English or French. Enjoy the inner freshness of the downstream walls or the indoor courtyard to sample some of Uzbekistan's specialities: plov, or mantys, laghmans, inescapable chachlyks are carefully prepared and served in generous portins for a very affordable rate.
