Here you'll find many tchaikhanas open all day. No menus and few multilingual staff, but the open kitchens display the dishes of the day. Whether grilling, frying or simmering plov, all you have to do is point to what interests you. You'll find fresh, tasty cuisine. Try the excellent chachlyks (marinated and grilled meat skewers), soups, laghmans (broth with pasta and minced meat), somsa (filled doughnuts)... An authentic atmosphere and a chance to meet the Uzbeks.
