The rooms, often small, are a little overpaid, but most of the time it is possible to negotiate. The hotel has a small restaurant nicely named "travel" where you can make a suitable meal for 6 to 7 $. If not, you will find a little smaller restaurants in the street or on Usmon Nosir boulevard, just above the hotel. To reach the city centre, take the bus or walk to the Oybek metro at Hotel Russiya.
