The former austere and very Soviet U-shaped building was completely renovated in 2013 to offer spacious rooms with a pleasant and cosy decoration. The whole gives something very luxurious and expected from a business hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and free internet access. On the 6th floor, an outdoor restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Navoi opera house. In the summer, all-you-can-eat barbecue in the garden.

Pas tout à fait un palace, mais un bon hôtel : Belle chambre, belle salle de bains, bon petit-déjeuner mais, mais... il reste des détails à régler pour faire du Lotte city un palace. Dans la suite que nous avions réservé, les deux horloges n'étaient pas à l'heure, une des deux TV n'était pas raccordée... En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner le choix est grand et de qualité mais le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas, il y a pléthore de personnel mais personne ne semble remarquer qu'il y a la queue au stand d'omelettes à la demande ou que vous essayer de croiser le regard d'un serveur pour avoir du café...
Dommage, ce bel établissement ne nous laissera pas un souvenir mémorable...
