Built in 1726, it houses the Museum of Medicine dedicated to Avicenna and Al-Khorezmi. Above the entrance, an inscription declares: " I accept death at the hands of slaves" It was engraved after the death, inside the madrasa itself, of Shirgazi Khan. He had used Persian slaves and Russian prisoners to build the place, promising them a freedom he never granted. One day, when he came to supervise the work, the exasperated slaves took revenge and stoned him with bricks.
