ART CLUB
The place is pleasant, with its wrought iron door and its exposed stone rooms well lit and highlighted in the evening by beautiful light effects. It is both a restaurant - opened by the painter Anar Huseynzade - and an art gallery, but in the end we realize that art is also on the plate. On the basis of national products and recipes, the chef imagines innovative dishes in flavours, combinations, consistencies and arranges everything with small sauces well worked. What is quickly invigorating elsewhere becomes light and rich in flavours here. The more experienced can also enjoy charcuterie and cheese platters, while seafood lovers can taste fish and shellfish depending on the chef's mood, such as these mussels stuffed with cheese and a hint of caviar! The wine list is not to be outdone, with beautiful national labels but also some French or Italian wines. You are here to have a good time, so take the opportunity to enjoy yourself, too, with the quality exhibitions regularly offered by the establishment.
