BISTRO PARIS
On a pretty square set back from the Boulevard, this Parisian brewery, as its name suggests, revives a Baku of the Belle Epoque, when Paris was an example that the Azerbaijani capital was trying to follow. Large bay windows, small bistro tables, mirrors and benches, baguette bread basket on the table... Caesar salad is in the spotlight but you can also enjoy an onion soup, a pepper steak with chips, fried frogs' legs or a crème brûlée for dessert. Also noteworthy: beautiful breakfast formulas with multiple variations around the egg. Not really authentic but very successful! It is just as recommendable to settle down during the day for a cup of tea or coffee, and to spy on the life that goes by on the other side of the bay window.
