In the south of the old town, close to the maritime façade, this is the cheapest solution to stay in the heart of Baku. The comfort is summary but the warm welcome. During warm hours, no air conditioning in the rooms, but you will be given a fan. A good option for tight budgets given the prices of accommodation in the capital.
