The cheapest solution for staying in the old town of Baku. Rooms of course do not shine by their luxury or comfort, but they have the merit of having air conditioning and bathrooms which, if they are a little old, work well. Anyway, it's expensive paid, but less expensive does not exist, so go ahead if your budget is tight but you still want to be in the middle. Few taxi drivers know the address. The best thing is to tell them Le Méridien. Azeri Hotel is 20 m away in the small alleyway on the left of Le Méridien.
