FLAME TOWERS
It is impossible to miss these three grouped towers and rushing towards the sky like flames symbolizing the Zoroastrian origins of Tierra del Fuego. Started in 2007 under the direction of the American architectural firm HOK, they were inaugurated five years later after many delays and now house mainly offices, but also a luxury hotel and private apartments. So it's impossible to lean out to the window on the top floor, 182 metres high! They have become the symbol of Baku and can be seen everywhere: against the backdrop of the minarets of the old city, in the background of the other towers built since independence, or overlooking the boulevard when they are illuminated by more than 10,000 LEDs in the evening and all the strollers' eyes are focused on the play of light that makes them look like they are dancing. For the anecdote, it is on the ground floor of these towers that Lamborghini, when the F1 circuit project was already in the making, decided to open his first office in the Caucasus.
