House of the famous Azeri composer and conductor Niyazi Zulfigar (1912-1984) who lived there and worked from 1958 until his death. Of the five pieces in the apartment, three were left in the state (dining room, room and office) while the last two houses an exhibition space devoted to the work of the great composer. They occasionally host small concerts.
