This is the very type of Soviet hotel, with this apocalyptic aspect peculiar to non-maintained institutions for several decades. The health is in a state that is reluctant to use them for fear of blowing a hose. Electrical installations are hang in the corridors, so that we wonder what miracle we still have to light! This establishment has a unique advantage, that of existence, because it is the only one in the city!
