NUSHABE MAUSOLEUM
The mausoleum of Nushabe was built in the th century by the architect Ahmad ibn Ayyub. With blue pink bricks and ceramics, he houses the remains of a local queen, with whom local populations sometimes come to gather. Two very beautiful tombs of the same time and similar architecture are located in Nakhchivan province.
A fortress of the century, of the century, surrounds this mausoleum. Only a few low walls are still visible from this defensive edifice almost entirely razed by the Iranians during the war of conquest. Technical Tip: the walls of the earth were not raised, but it is the center of the hill that was dug, transforming the mound into a fortress.
