GOBUSTAN MUSEUM

Inaugurated in 2012, this splendid museum offers a trip to space and time, to the discovery not only of Qobustan petroglyphs, but also of those who have been found in caves around the world and the civilizations that have created them. Many interactive terminals and projections allow us to immerse ourselves fully in the design and to become a full actor of the discoveries of recent decades about our distant past. In the basement, a room allows to project the main Qobustan petroglyphs on the walls. Fun and informative, the exercise will help you find the topics you're looking for when you're in situ. The museum, which is very successful, is indeed a perfect bet before the walk on the site itself, for which we recommend that you be accompanied by a guide so as not to miss the most important discoveries.
