The former Soviet hotel underwent a facelift in 2004 which made it a very recommendable address. It is located in the city centre, 1 km from the Ferrovaire railway station, between the hammam and the history museum. A discotheque is located in the basement. A bar-restaurant on the top floor offers a beautiful view of the city. Fitness room, wifi. The rooms are correct, even those of the lower categories.
