Open non-stop all day long (and from very early in the morning!), it is also open on weekends until Sunday noon, its closing day being Tuesday. Très bof ! Eclair moyen et mille-feuilles trop cuit (et peut-être de la veille). J’ai pas fait attention mais rien à voir avec ceux devant la vitrine !

Quand on travaille en boulangerie on doit connaître les farines présentes dans les pains. L une d entre elle va demander au boulanger on me répond farine de levain , depuis quand le levain est une farine et on insite en me disant de nouveau farine de levain. Même le boulanger lui même ne sait ce qu'il y a dans ses pains qu'il prépare tous les jours. Il n y a pas de doute c est bien une chaine.
