Vam arribar a destí i no hi havia cap reserva al nostre nom per les 3 primeres nits, vam començar a trucar als telefons d'emergència que teniem i ningú ens va agafar el telèfon. Perduts al mig d'una ciutat que no coneixes, amb jet lag i buscant un hotel pel mateix dia ja que ningú ens ajudava, amb el preu exagerat que vam pagar. Al tornar, ni una disculpa ni una trucada de telèfon... sense dubte per no repetir ni aconsellar. I selfservice per fer el checkin dels avions, que tambe vam tenir problemes per fer-los i ens vam haver de buscar la vida. Tot perfecte com veieu
