Hola, nuestra experiencia des este jueves 12/10 pésima, la piscina sucia, y lo estaba climatizada imposible meterme, lleguemos a las 14, lo avisemos en recepción, mandaron un técnico y dijeron que a las 19h , ya estaría para meterse, mentira , el agua helada y el día siguiente a las 10h seguía, recepción turno fatal pusimos varias quejas , y no supieron cómo arreglar el problema, ni dar ninguna opción o contraprestación, la sauna y jacuzzi no funcionaba siempre...Lo primero que hacen es cobrar , pero saben el problema y no avisan, un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede decir que da un servicio , cobrar y después no darlo.
No recomiendo nada este hotel, y posible mente no volveré.

El parking por noche son 17€ y no siempre hay sitio, para aparcar por la zona por la noche es MUY COMPLICADO ya que hay pocos sitios. Si consigues aparcar es de pago zona verde pero es barato. Las chicas de recepción muy agradables la habitación correcta aunque la cadena del vater funcionaba regular y una de las toallas estaba algo sucia.

Esta todo el centro muy lejos, la rampa del parking súper estrecha como vengas coche grande lo puedes rallar...
Por dentro laberinto....no volveremos.
