La réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli était désagréable, elle a traité certains invités portugais de manière désobligeante, aussi, pour le simple fait de ne pas les comprendre, madame ou mademoiselle, pour travailler dans ce poste il faut être plus empathique et savoir fonctionner en plusieurs langues, ou utilisez le traducteur . Bref, en cas de retour en Andorre, ce ne sera pas dans cet hôtel, qui a besoin d'une profonde rénovation, notamment dans ses salles de bains, et dans son insonorisation.

Chambre pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel étoilé et du prix. Beaucoup de bruit induit par les voisins. Première fois que je vois une crotte de nez essuyée sur les rideaux. Dommage que celà soit dans un hôtel étoilé.

nous avons passé quelques jours. L'hôtel est bien en général, nous avons assez bien dîné et le petit déjeuner était meilleur. Chambre spacieuse avec une bonne télévision et un bon lit. près du centre d'andorre. Je répéterais.
