POLICE (POLICIA)

The Escaldes-Engordany Police Department is located in the Obac administrative building, on Obac road and Ciutat de Sabadell street. This building, opened to the public in 1998, also houses the Ministry of the Interior and the Immigration Department. It boasts a host of modern facilities designed to ensure police efficiency and international cooperation. Facilities include offices, archives, a command and communications center, a laboratory, a reception hall, cells, a sports hall, a climbing wall, a training center, a library, an approved shooting range, parking for official vehicles and technical premises. In the event of an emergency or complaint, the police are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
