ESCALDES-ENGORDANY ART CENTRE (CAEE)
Escaldes-Engordany art center with 3 rooms, including a Romanesque model room with a fine selection of scale models
Built in the 1930s, the Escaldes-Engordany art centre is one of the first buildings to symbolise Granite architecture. It was successively a garage, a school and then a cinema, before becoming an art centre in 2005. There are three rooms here: the Josep Viladomat room (dedicated to the famous Catalan sculptor), the exhibition room and the Romanesque model room, housing a fine selection of scale models of the Principality's main Romanesque monuments.
