A brand new restaurant at Pas de la Case opened this summer under the direction of Alberto Santos. A unique 3-in-1 concept on 4 floors. On the first floor, you'll find the grocery store, charcuterie, pata negra, Iberian hams, cured meats and a fine selection of Spanish wines, Rioja, Ribera del duero... On the1st floor, a shopping area for cigarettes, alcohol and other tax-free products... And the2nd and3rd are beautifully decorated dining rooms with plant walls and comfortable armchairs, serving braised meats and Spanish specialties. There's also a lovely veranda area in front of the restaurant, which seats 70 guests. Open all day from breakfast to dinner. An entrecôte at 4pm after skiing? Why not! A nice surprise to discover.
