Cet hôtel est exceptionnel. Tout notre séjour a été parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien décorées.
Le restaurant La Marmita est succulent. Les plats sont raffinés et généreux, nous nous sommes régalés.
Le Spa est parfait et tous les espaces sont suffisamment grands.
Le personnel est agréable, très réactif et aux petits soins en cas de soucis, il n’y a vraiment rien à redire !

Super hôtel dont je profite très souvent de la terrasse pour prendre un verre étant donné que l'emplacement est top. Au niveau du restaurant top également dont ce fut un plaisir de profiter de la gastronomie. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas donner d'opinion sur les chambres car je n'ai jamais passé la nuit.

He de decir que fui cliente importante,y el último día de mi estancia fue triste,no por mi parte,sino por una chica de rizos no sé si era empleada o la dueña,pedí un plato que lo tienen en la carta de cena,y no me la quisieron servir para comer ,por parte de ella nada profesional.nunca puedes llevar la contraria al cliente que te mantiene el hotel y te da de comer incluido a los trabajadores.deberan de hacer autocrítica y corregirse ella misma.Obviamente no voy a volver más a su hotel,y que mire bien al cielo este año y que nieve mucho y continuó por el futuro de su hotel .

Teniendo en cuenta su comentario, si nos hubiera dicho con antelación que deseaba un plato de otro restaurante del hotel, se lo hubiéramos preparado (así se lo hemos comentado al tomar nota de su comida). Pero en el mismo momento del servicio, la cocina no puede ir improvisando con platos de un restaurante que tiene otro horario. En toda cocina hay una preparación y organización del servicio por lo que no le hemos podido ofrecer platos fuera de la carta del restaurante de mediodía. La cual es muy extensa.
Lamentamos que las alternativas que le hemos ofrecido no le hayan satisfecho.
