BORDA L’ERA DEL ROSSELL
It is impossible to miss the traditional borda , under the sanctuary of Meritxell, which houses this restaurant. The slate walls, the typical Andorran cuisine and the surrounding mountains plunge us into a most pleasant rustic authenticity. Run by a young French couple, Borda l'Era del Rossell plays the local card, with chef Pierre making a point of elaborating a varied seasonal menu, both simple and full of flavour, where everything is home-made, while Jessica looks after the dining room, giving expert advice to customers.
