Lo de las 4 estrellas es totalmente inventado, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado!!!!!!! Ahora mismo estamos a 28 grados dentro de la habitacion y si abres la ventana te tragas todo el ruido de los coches pues esta en la zona de mas transito de la Massana, de hecho no tienen ni zona para aparcar para poder hacer el check in........

Justito para 4**** las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que es un hotel de invierno, yo he estado en julio, nos facilitaron un ventilador, a la habitación le falta un poco de mantenimiento, el pie de la tele roto, el desagüe del lavabo se emboza y la pared con muchas manchas, la limpieza muy bien, el buffet correcto

Nos ha gustado el hotel. El personal muy amable. La comida nos ha gustado. Tiene servicio de parking de pago. Una lastima que el spa no esté incluido en el precio del hotel y se tenga que pagar aparte. El gimnasio es muy pequeño. El spa solo tiene una piscina pequeña y un jacuzzi.
