Located in the old town, this establishment, founded in 1898, offers modern, comfortable rooms, recently renovated, under high ceilings, in a historic building of noble, picturesque architecture, with a facade carved in wood. Lovely terrace with views of the castle and mountains. Antique floors and period furniture. L'Emmental also has a popular resto-bar with free concerts and a menu that changes weekly according to the chef's mood and seasonal ingredients. A lovely place.
