Bistro in the Museum of Fine Arts offering tasty sandwiches and dishes in Basel.
On the premises of the Musée des Beaux-Arts, this bistro plays on contrasts, with white walls contrasting with black tables and dark parquet flooring. The room stretches along one side of the museum, offering a fine view of the sculptures on display in the courtyard( Rodin'sLes Bourgeois de Calais ), where pleasant tables are placed in fine weather. Food-wise, the lunchtime menu is well worth the detour, offering soup and two dishes, one of which is vegetarian. Hot and cold tapas are also available. Perfect for sampling a little of everything.
