The restaurant has been in existence for more than a century and is part of the famous th century Zunft zum Pla corporation which represents several trades. Today, all its members have set, in their respective disciplines, a charter of irreproachable quality. The Schlüsselzunft restaurant is proof of this: The eye is charmed by the immaculate tables and the exceptional frame (both on the ground floor and on the floor), and the papillae filled by the delicacy of the dishes. The fish trilogy is a real treat, the meats melt under the palate. The tasting menu of the 6 dishes is an inescapable must.
