Cost-effective tea and pastries in a café-restaurant with terrace in the heart of Basel.

An oasis of calm and greenery in the heart of the city! This café-restaurant is one of our favorites. Its small terrace invites you to relax and read, with the lapping of the pretty fountain in the background. It is sometimes necessary to be patient to find a free place, during the day and in the evening. One comes here for the chess games between regulars and the mocking look of the monkey perched on the fountain. There is a wide selection of teas and home-made pastries at reasonable prices. In summer, the homemade iced tea is a must!

Basele geldiğime değdi dedirten harika bir mekan. Atmosferi iç ısıtıyor ve her şey çok lezzetli. Müşteriye değer veren ve sıcak kanlı sahipleri sayesinde günüm güzelleşti. İyi ki yolum düşmüş basele geldiğinizde uğramadan geçmeyin ❤️????
