Fine cuisine to be enjoyed in a superb historic restaurant in Basel.
In this th century house where French troops were hired during the Revolution, we tasted a high quality gastronomy and we appreciate the impeccable service. The two rooms, offering two different maps, are majestic and have preserved the smells of yesteryear. Speciality of the house: the saddle of deer exploded. The map looks soft to the French tradition: tender Café de Paris, Chateaubriand, grilled wolffish. You can also enjoy a beautifully prepared Swiss speciality, the Kalbläberli (calf liver). Le repas servie était vraiment bon et la viande tendre. Le vin servie avec était bien choisis.
Nous étions dans une pièce à côté pour un anniversaire au calme.
