Here is a recent trendy address in Basel, in this district where restaurants and bars for thirty-year-olds and quadruple bums are opening. The room, tastefully decorated and pleasantly lit, remains at a reasonable size, and the terraced tables in a quiet and green street are very pleasant. On the plate, a seasonal menu with three or four starters, main course or dessert of your choice, prepared with ultra fresh products. During our visit, the spaghetti with parmesan dried tomato pesto and watercress was delicious, as was the chocolate financier with his wild berry compote and mandarin sorbet.
