Excellent burgers to enjoy in a trendy restaurant in Basel.

La Manufacture is a trendy restaurant frequented by the young people of the neighbourhood which offers excellent gourmet burgers, including a French formula (with brie and old-fashioned mustard), and tartines (the goat's cheese, thyme and honey is delicious). Other burgers on the menu will tempt you like the spicy Taj Mahaal or the Swiss made with local products... Veggie and vegan options are also available. The room is very pleasant and the place is always full, the advantage is also the continuous service, every day and quite late

Der Service war sehr Freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend jedoch haben wir unsere burger medium bestellt und sind ziemlich roh angekommen. Wir haben uns dabei nichts gedacht und sind nach dem essen nachhause gegangen. Uns wurde beide sehr Übel und mussten uns beide übergeben. Wir werden nicht zurückkehren.

Den El Gringo Burger kann ich empfehlen und die Pommes waren auch super, das Ketchup allerdings war etwas fade. Was ich schade fand waren die Nachos, der Käse war dermassen hart, dass man die Portion kaum auseinander bekam. Würde ich nicht empfehlen. Die Bedienung hat das aber wieder rausgeholt! Extrem sympathisch, sehr aufmerksam und schnell.

My husband had the pulled pork burger, and he was in awe with it. I had a regular cheeseburger, and it was good, not he best that I've had, but pretty decent. The sweet potato fries were very tasty. The ambient is very laid back, and the service was nice. We had a reservation in advance.
