Steps from the train station. Front desk very accommodating. Lovely morning buffet.

Hotel is good, breakfast is unbelievable. Two days in a row without coffee! Nobody is asking, first day it was even a challenge to find a free seat. Very unpleasant start into the day.
Did one ask during checkout how it was? Nope

Such a nice hotel! They upgrade us to ambient double room and it was very big, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our view was memorable. Staff was friendly. They offer free transportation cards. This hotel has a nostalgic feeling but also very modern.

Right across from the sbb station. Conveniently located near all the trams, buses and trains. Walking distance into the town or a quick ride away. Building is secure even though near a major station. Yusuf the Front desk guy was really helpful and courteous. Rooms are decent size, however there is no coffee machine (only instant coffee). There are a few essentials missing in the room like soaps and lotions, but they quickly brought it up on request. We had breakfast included, so had our coffee in the breakfast room downstairs. It was a typical breakfast with decent selection of items, my favorite was the overnight oats with fruits. However, we couldn’t finish our breakfast downstairs except it coffee, So decided to take up to the room and finish it. There was a server (vivvy his name), who was extremely rude to us and stopped us from taking it up. I told him I’ll talk to the manager who was helping others at the moment, this guy couldn’t handle the fact that we wouldn’t listen to him and started going to each person at the front office and telling them how we shouldn’t be taking our breakfast. This was extremely embarrassing for us and insulting. These are the kind of people that ruin reputations. I do have to mention, there was a really nice girl who was helping us bring our coffee to the table. Overall, decent quickly in and out kind of hotel with easy access. If it wasn’t was that rude server I could have given a 5 star for the service.

Hotel molto centrale alla stazione di Basilea. In tempi rapidi si raggiunge il centro con dei Tram e Bus di ultima generazione.

Ich war erst das zweite Mal hier. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, freundlicher Service gutes Frühstück und zentral gelegen (Reisen, Beruf und Stadt). Das beinhaltete Basel Ticket macht es sehr einfach alles in der Stadt zu erreichen.
Gerne wieder.

Nice and clean hotel in Basel in front of the railwaystation of Basel SBB and not far away from the city center. Beautiful and comfortable room. Rich and excellent buffet breakfast . I suggest it
Hotel carino e pulito hotel a Basilea di fronte alla stazione di Basilea e non lontano dal centro storico . Camera bella e confortevole. Ottimo Buffet breakfast ricco e vario . Lo consiglio

Schönes Gebäude, jedoch ist die Bedienung so lahm, wenn man einfach einen Kaffee trinken möchte, was man kann. Jedoch wurde ich bis jetzt erst bedient, wenn der Rezeponist der Bedienung Beine macht. Das ist sehr schade, aber dort gehe ich nicht mehr hin.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der kostenlosen Tram zu erreichen. Das Hotel besticht durch Lage, sehr guten Service, super gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gute Zimmer. Gerne noch einmal bei einem längeren Aufenthalt.

Situation idéale ..correspondance train. Tram etc et découvrir la ville à pieds.
Heureusement qu'il.y à la climatisation sinon impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Dommage langues parlées allemand anglais.

Perfect location next to Basel Station for train connections. Enjoyed the outside seating area for a breakfast with plenty of choice. Very comfortable bed and a powerful shower.
