Away from the tourist crowds, this elegant brasserie with its Art Nouveau decor is a delightful place to be. The menu includes veal with cream sauce, cordon bleu, breaded schnitzel and rösti, in short, Swiss specialities with a local flavour. Every day, the chef offers several dishes of the day, including a vegetarian recipe. On sunny days, the superb terrace with its climbing vines is a great place to enjoy a holiday. All this in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere! A great address to try.
