This Art Deco hotel in the heights of Lucerne is absolutely beautiful. The newly refurbished rooms here are a delight. The impeccable service is provided mainly by trainees from the hotel school in the same building and the breakfast is worthy of a 5-star hotel. It is reached by a private funicular! This is where Jean Nouvel stayed during the construction of the KKL (Culture and Congress Centre) on the other side of the river. A must for a romantic getaway.
