If you miss local produce and the smell of cheese, head for Le Dézaley, a Vaudois restaurant in the heart of the old town. Here, fondue and charcuterie specialities from the mountains take pride of place: beef fondue bourguignonne, Chinese chicken fondue, morel cheese fondue, black truffle cheese fondue... The menu is extensive. The menu also includes typical sausages, such as the one with cabbage and beans, or the sausage with rösti and onion sauce. Worth discovering! Reservations recommended.

If I could give less than 1 star I would for this massive rip off place. £63 for a pot of cheese, bread potatoes and a few pickles. Must be at least 90% profit for this bunch of crooks.

Belligenheden ligger utrolig hyggeligt, og udefra virker det meget småt, men når man træder ind virker det meget stort, hyggeligt og med en hjemlig stemning. Tjeneren var venlig og meget opmærksom. Ostefonduen var god og cremet. Dejligt sted. Vil klart anbefale. Prisen var dog i den høje ende, men fair for oplevelsen.
Overall, we tried the fondue with bread and potatoes. Pretty tasty cheese. Also had some escargot ???? for appetizer which were *really* good.
As with everything in Zurich, pretty expensive meal in general.
