One improvement point would be the airconditioning that suddenly started to work at 1am.
Welcoming receptionist during check-in.
Nice interior, rooms were very well kept and clean.
The location is great – short walk from the main train station, great starting point for exploring the city centre.
The rest:
The breakfast was very underwhelming. Mediocre food, dirty tables, bored and disinterested staff. The difference with the rest of the experience was surprising.
Area for improvement:
Lack of gym, need to pay 25chf to the gym opposite the hotel or walk over to sister hotel 350m away or use the yoga mat provided in your room.
All staffs generally dont look very friendly. No eye contact when you pass by or smile.
Danilo just wowed me with a Negroni that was not only tasty but a work of art.
The interior design of this place is stunning, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Don't miss out – treat yourself to a memorable experience at this fantastic restaurant and bar!

Achtung bei der Wahl des Parkhauses, Preise vorher abklären, sonst extrem teuer.
Le seul point à améliorer reste le service à la clientèle, souvent un peu négligé. Voici quelques points:
- La chambre n'a pas été refaite également entre deux nuits malgré l'absence du panneau "ne pas déranger". Demande de petite attention pour célébrer un anniversaire non realisée.
- Venu avec un chien, avec paiement du supplément mais pas de lit pour chien ou gamelle proposée. La plupart des hôtel de ce standing le font.
- Ascenseur défectueux sur un week-end obligeant les clients à porter eux-même leurs valises jusqu'au 4ème étage. La moindre des choses seraient de le faire pour eux.
- Petit-déjeuner complet, mais il pourrait y avoir un service à table pour les cafés par exemple au vu du standing de l'hôtel.
- point négatif pour l'absence de double lit pour un couple (deux lit simples réunis).
Il y a encore un grand potentiel d'amélioration sur ce niveau là, mais nous reviendrons possiblement au Seidenhof Hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Zürich!
