In autumn 2021, this Japanese restaurant has given itself a new lease of life. After two months of renovation, Ichizen has reopened in an attractive modern setting. The restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional dishes: udon and soba noodles, fried tofu, curries and, of course, delicious sushi. Once at the table, the wait is long, but that's because the dishes are prepared with care. A must-try address for fans of Japanese flavors. Reservations are recommended, especially at lunchtime: the restaurant is almost always fully booked.

But when other things are fatter than torro, you ask for more water and they bring you half a cup and the dishes overall don't wow you then you know the place is 3 stars.
Update: We tried it again. Again 3 starts without taste.
