The twenty or so Molino pizzerias and ristorante in Switzerland have been around since 1988. It's fair to say that when you open the doors, you're entering Italy. Here, we don't mess around with authentic recipes from the Botte region, such as pasta fatta in casa with ragù, a recipe dating back to 1891! Respect for the product, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service await you. Whether you choose pizza, fresh pasta, risotto or secondi, everything is homemade, from antipasti to desserts. The restaurant is open on Sunday evenings, which is always convenient.

Trotz Reservierung keinen Tisch bereit. Wir mussten dann am Hochtisch sitzen, was nicht gerade angenehm war. Wir bekamen den Kaffee gratis. Danke

Wir besuchten das Restaurant mit unseren Kindern. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit, hat gut beraten und den Kindern Ideen gegeben. Sehr freundlich!
Das Essen war wirklich gut, kam im richtigen Moment.

Wir waren zu zweit spontan am Freitag ins Molino. Trotz keiner Reservation wurde uns einen Platz an der Pizzastation geboten. Da sieht man live wie die Pizzas gemacht werden. Kein einfacher Job!
Die Bruschetta und die Pizzen waren sehr fein. Das Tiramisu ein Traum! Die Bedienung war aufgestellt, das Team funktioniert gut untereinander. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. Nächstes mal mit Reservation!
