The twenty or so Molino pizzerias and ristorante in Switzerland have been around since 1988. It's fair to say that when you open the doors, you're entering Italy. Here, we don't mess around with authentic recipes from the Botte region, such as pasta fatta in casa with ragù, a recipe dating back to 1891! Respect for the product, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service await you. Whether you choose pizza, fresh pasta, risotto or secondi, everything is homemade, from antipasti to desserts. The restaurant is open on Sunday evenings, which is always convenient.

Es gibt bessere Pizzerias bestimmt. Unsere Pizza Margherita war seitlich verbrannt, der Teig seitlich und somit nicht essbar. Immerhin hat die Bedienung ein Rabatt gewährt, dass fanden wir top. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch nett.

J'avais commandé une pizza à emporter sur leur site, et en arrivant au restaurant, j'ai dû négocier 15 minutes pour récupérer ma pizza en leur montrant à multiples reprises l'e-mail de confirmation et la preuve bancaire, car ils n'avaient apparemment pas reçu la commande. Je suis très déçu de ce service. La 2ème étoile se justifie néanmoins par la qualité de la pizza qui était très bonne.
